As of today, July 17th, no one knows where the bed and adjustable frame mattress are at and there is no expected delivery date. I ordered a nectar mattress and adjustable base on July 1st, 2023 and paid the extra 199 for delivery/set up/and haul away of existing mattress to make it easier on all of us. This is a common theme from the majority of complaints I see and they need to do right by their customers.Attached are pictures of the mattress showing a significant sag and note the "stains" align exactly where me and my wife sleep, which are from sweat. A mattress should last longer than 4 years. I want the company to honor the warranty and replace the mattress. Nothing was spilled on the mattress and there was no "environmental damage". Their response was "Any stains or soiling on the mattress will void the warranty as we do require all mattresses to be stain and damage free to be eligible for a warranty claim.".I feel as though this is false advertising, as the mattress comes with a "forever warranty", but sweating on a foam mattress voids the warranty. ![]() Unfortunately, I won't be able to approve your warranty claim request." I explained the only stains are sweat stains, because it is a memory foam mattress and people sweat. Mattresses that are stained or have experienced environmental damage are not eligible for return or warranty claims. After sending a bunch of pictures showing the issue, they stated "I've reviewed the photos and can see that your Nectar mattress does not meet our eligibility requirements due to the mattress being stained. It is now painful to sleep on the mattress and I need to sleep in the middle of the mattress in order to get enough support where I don't wake up in the middle of the night in pain.I contacted the company regarding the issue and they were very nice and asked me to send a few specific pictures. We have rotated the mattress per the company recommendations, but the sag persists. Over the past year, I have noticed an increasing sag in the middle of the sleeping section on both sides of the mattress (if you divide the mattress left to right into thirds, the 1st and 3rd section). I purchased a King sized Nectar mattress about 5 years ago, based on reviews and their forever warranty. ![]()
